The interpretation of the test is not based exclusively on the responses themselves, it is much more complex than that. Therefore it is very difficult to trick the person who administers the test to lead him o her to a particular diagnose. It is more than difficult, impossible unless the subject has as much knowledge about the test as a psychologist, or has been advised by professionals (which is common in court cases). And in the case of a job interview, trying to fool the interviewer and being discovered would not be anything good; nobody would want to hire a liar.

So there's no point in giving a list of answers to "pass" the test, because there is no such list. There are several internet sites that advise for specific responses to each slide, all saying the same thing, probably because they all were copied from the same site. If you have been investigating about the topic you've probably read some of them. And I can assure you that those advises are dismal: all answers are obvious, and they also suggest giving a single answer to each plate. Following these tips, the test could be dismissed for lack of a sufficient quantity of responses, or if it is taken into account, the resulting profile would be one of a person who has a complete lack of originality, creativity or ability to bring their own ideas in solving problems. There's no need to explain how bad this would look in a position of leadership of a group.

Anyway, I do not intend to defend the test, but to provide some tips that are actually useful to give the test as a normal person with a normal intelligence or slightly higher, revealing as little as possible about ourselves, and in a way that is not inconsistent with the visible personality of each one. Reading this guide involves taking a little more time than reading a list of correct answers, so if you are looking for those answers, they are not here. And as I said before, it is a bad idea to follow the tips of the sites that say exactly what to answer.
